Italian Nebbiolo: The name Nebbiolo derives from Nebbia, translating to fog because of the velvety, whitish coating covering the berries. This dark and tannic red produces aromas of truffle, blackberries, cherries and smoke. Flavours of earth, oak, vanilla and cedar fill the palate leaving a long and rich finish in the mouth. Austrian Grüner Veltliner: This is a complex wine full of exotic tropical fruit flavours and citrus notes. Traditionally consumed young, this Grüner is crisp, dry and full bodied on the palate with flavours of grapefruit and lentils. Aromas of white pepper, green beans and notes of asparagus on the nose. South African Pinotage: Pinotage is a cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsaut and is the second most widely produced grape in South Africa. Bursting with flavours of cherry, red berries, tropical fruit and hints of banana, this red is unique and easy drinking. Aromas of plums, red berries, smoke and earth surround the senses of this red. Available for pre-order until Thursday, February 9th, 2012.

Cascadia Celebration
Washington Pinot Gris: A medium to full bodied wine, this Pinot Gris has aromatics of pear, white peach and apple, while on the palate you can expect balanced acidity, juicy pears and a crisp finish. Meant to be consumed early. Alcohol: 13% Sommelier Reserve, 12% Sommelier
Oregon Pinot Noir: This medium-bodied wine produces aromatics of raspberries, cherries and a hint of spice. You can expect flavours of red berries, earth and a touch of toasted vanilla on the palate. Alcohol: 13.5% Sommelier Reserve 13% Sommelier

Our new Chocolate Port Flavour Trio offers an exciting new twist on a classic dessert wine. Each kit contains three great flavour choices – Raspberry, Orange and Cherry.
Raspberry Chocolate Port: This rich, full-bodied Port is a tantalizing blend of raspberry and rich chocolate, enough to satisfy anyone with a sweet tooth. With an attractive and aromatic nose of juicy plum, rich coffee and fresh raspberries, this chocolate infused and fruit forward desert wine carries notes of vanilla, toasted oak and deliciously dark chocolate. Warm and slightly tart on the palate with little acidity, raspberry chocolate port has an invigorating and lush finish, sure to please the senses.
Orange Chocolate Port: This full flavoured Port style dessert wine is full-bodied with complex aromas and flavours of dark chocolate and hints of sweet, ripe oranges. The flavours are rich and lingering making this truly a special wine to be sipped and savoured.
Cherry Chocolate Port: This full-flavoured Port style dessert wine has an exciting, complex aroma of dark chocolate mingled with notes of black cherry, ripe plum and toasted oak. On the palate, the taste is rich, sweet and lingering, leading to a long, satisfying and warm finish. The distinctive black cherry and dark chocolate adds a glorious dimension to the character of the port. This wine is amazingly good after a few months in the bottle and will continue to improve for years. We recommend you to bottle this superb dessert wine in 375 ml. bottles – a little goes a long way.

Coastal Sunset Holiday Wines 2011
Red: Italian Barbera / Sangiovese – Beautifully bright ruby red in colour with a bouquet of ripe blackberry, cherry and plum. On the palate you will experience flavours of ripe fruit and spice with fresh tannins and subtle oak on the finish. A nice complement to dishes in tomato sauces like chicken or veal parmesan, meatballs, lasagna and spaghetti. Matches well with roast duck and plum sauce.
White: Italian Trebbiano / Riesling – Light straw in colour with a bouquet and flavours of ripe peach, apple, pear and tropical fruits. The wine finishes clean with citrus notes and a hint of residual sweetness. A perfect match for most chicken and fish dishes, ham, oysters, shellfish and veal.
